Esa total indefensi\u00f3n se debe a un <b>cerebro inmaduro<\/b> que va desarrollando todo su potencial fuera del <b><a title=\"vientre materno\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/que-es-canal-parto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vientre materno<\/a><\/b>. Por tanto, el completo desarrollo y la <b>maduraci\u00f3n cerebral del beb\u00e9<\/b> se ve determinada por el entorno y los est\u00edmulos externos que se suceden a su alrededor. Ello favorecer\u00e1 una <b>mejor adaptaci\u00f3n al medio<\/b> y es ah\u00ed donde podemos comenzar a hablar de estimulaci\u00f3n temprana.<\/p>\n<p>La <a title=\"estimulaci\u00f3n temprana\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gTr9BQ-hguI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>estimulaci\u00f3n temprana<\/b><\/a> pretende aprovechar ese potencial inicial para favorecer el desarrollo del beb\u00e9 en sus diferentes \u00e1reas. Se basa en la repetici\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de est\u00edmulos o ejercicios para reforzar ciertas \u00e1reas neuronales; y potenciar las diferentes \u00e1reas por igual: <b>desarrollo motriz<\/b>, <b>cognitivo<\/b>, <b>social<\/b> y <b>emocional<\/b> del beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Se realiza llevando a cabo ejercicios de repetici\u00f3n preparados para trabajar las diferentes \u00e1reas que queramos reforzar. Todo siempre en un ambiente de juego, agradable para el beb\u00e9 y respetando los ritmos individuales de cada ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Para comenzar es importante saber que la estimulaci\u00f3n se inicia con <b>actividades de contacto y afectividad<\/b>. Ello reforzar\u00e1 el <b>v\u00ednculo emocional<\/b> con la madre o el padre y adem\u00e1s favorecer\u00e1 el inicio de otras actividades relacionadas. Masajes tras el ba\u00f1o, canciones suaves, sonrisas, caricias, besos, constituyen un patr\u00f3n de actividades que toda familia realiza y sin saberlo estimula favorablemente su desarrollo emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s se pueden trabajar actividades de motricidad gruesa o fina, lenguaje, equilibrio, concentraci\u00f3n e ir a\u00f1adiendo ejercicios a medida que el beb\u00e9 va creciendo o dominando las \u00e1reas trabajadas. Los padres deber\u00e1n repetir las mismas pautas cada d\u00eda, lo que implica una dedicaci\u00f3n y un esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas claves que mejorar\u00e1n el rendimiento de la actividad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No se trata de conseguir que el beb\u00e9 consiga ambiciosas metas. <b>Respetar los tiempos de cada ni\u00f1o<\/b> y no tener altas expectativas ayudar\u00e1 a que todos disfruten de la estimulaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovechar esos momentos <b>para compartir un rato agradable con tu beb\u00e9<\/b>. Ese, sin duda, ser\u00e1 el mejor est\u00edmulo que puedas ofrecerle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El <b>contacto afectivo<\/b> podemos potenciarlo cada d\u00eda aprovechando la hora del ba\u00f1o con un masaje, acompa\u00f1ado de m\u00fasica\u00a0 y est\u00edmulos agradables que el beb\u00e9 pueda percibir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cualquier actividad a realizar ha de ser vista <b>como un juego<\/b> y no como una obligaci\u00f3n.
