A estas alturas del verano seguro que muchos de vosotros est\u00e1is disfrutando de unas merecidas vacaciones<\/b> donde el sol<\/b> es el protagonista indiscutible. Y aunque a todos nos encante, ya sea en la playa, en la piscina, en el campo o en la monta\u00f1a, no debemos olvidar que debemos protegernos de la radiaci\u00f3n solar<\/b>;\u00a0especialmente cuando de ni\u00f1os<\/b> se trata. Por ese motivo queremos recordaros algunos consejos b\u00e1sicos que os hemos ido dando desde El Club de las Madres Felices<\/b> para proteger tanto vuestra piel como la de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

En primer lugar recordad que si vuestro beb\u00e9 es menor de 6 meses no es conveniente aplicar protecci\u00f3n solar. Debido a su delicada piel hay riesgo de irritaciones o incluso intoxicaci\u00f3n. En estos casos debemos extremar la precauci\u00f3n. No exponerles al sol, cubrir su piel y evitar las horas centrales del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Para los m\u00e1s mayorcitos debemos elegir un factor de protecci\u00f3n solar (FPS) igual o superior a 30. La protecci\u00f3n solar debe ser siempre de amplio espectro, pues bloquear\u00e1 tanto los rayos UVA como los UVB. Se recomienda renovarla cada dos horas como m\u00ednimo. Y si los ni\u00f1os se ba\u00f1an, incluso cada menos tiempo.<\/p>\n

Pero no olvid\u00e9is que no s\u00f3lo es necesario utilizar protecci\u00f3n solar<\/a><\/b> cuando estamos de vacaciones. Para bajar al parque, si damos un paseo por el campo, o realizamos cualquier actividad al aire libre, es aconsejable proteger la piel. Y tambi\u00e9n utilizar sombrero o gorra y gafas de sol. \u00c9stas han de ser con filtro para rayos UV. De este modo proteger\u00e1n los ojos y la delicada piel que los rodea.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEst\u00e1 nublado? \u00a1No os confi\u00e9is! La\u00a0radiaci\u00f3n UV\u00a0<\/a>se aten\u00faa pero la radiaci\u00f3n difusa es suficientemente intensa como para poder da\u00f1ar nuestra piel.<\/p>\n

Y como ya sab\u00e9is, siempre debemos evitar que los ni\u00f1os jueguen, se ba\u00f1en, paseen en las horas centrales del d\u00eda, de 12 a 16, donde la intensidad de las radiaciones solares es m\u00e1s potente y con ello el riesgo de quemaduras es mayor.<\/p>\n

Si a\u00fan tomando estas precauciones, se produce una quemadura solar<\/a><\/b> debemos ba\u00f1ar al ni\u00f1o en agua fresca, hidratar la zona afectada en profundidad mediante cremas espec\u00edficas, darle abundantes l\u00edquidos para beber y, si el dolor es importante se pueden utilizar analg\u00e9sicos. Adem\u00e1s, debemos acudir al pediatra en caso de aparici\u00f3n de ampollas, fiebre alta, mal estado general o en caso de que la quemadura est\u00e9 muy extendida.<\/p>\n
