Por eso, <strong>no existe un n\u00famero exacto de d\u00edas que sea igual para todos los beb\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los primeros meses, los beb\u00e9s alimentados con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/beneficios-lactancia-materna\/\">lactancia materna<\/a> pueden hacer caca varias veces al d\u00eda o pasar varios d\u00edas sin hacerlo. En algunos casos<strong>, incluso pueden estar<\/strong> <strong>una semana <\/strong>sin deposiciones y encontrarse perfectamente, siempre que cuando hagan caca esta sea blanda y el beb\u00e9 est\u00e9 tranquilo, coma bien y gane peso con normalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los beb\u00e9s alimentados con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/leches-de-formula\/\">leche de f\u00f3rmula<\/a>, las deposiciones suelen ser algo m\u00e1s regulares, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede haber variaciones. Lo importante no es solo cu\u00e1nto tiempo lleva sin hacer caca, sino <strong>c\u00f3mo se encuentra el beb\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo son sus deposiciones cuando las hace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el beb\u00e9 est\u00e1 inc\u00f3modo, tiene el abdomen muy hinchado, vomita, rechaza las tomas, presenta sangre en las heces o las deposiciones son duras y secas, conviene <strong>consultar con el pediatra<\/strong>. Y, ante cualquier duda sobre el ritmo intestinal de un reci\u00e9n nacido, especialmente durante sus primeras semanas de vida, es recomendable comentarlo con un profesional sanitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfComo saber si est\u00e1 mi beb\u00e9 realmente estre\u00f1ido?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El estre\u00f1imiento no se mide por los d\u00edas sin hacer caca, sino por c\u00f3mo son las heces y si al peque le duele al expulsarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NO es estre\u00f1imiento:<\/strong> Si tu beb\u00e9 lleva 3, 5 o 7 d\u00edas sin hacer caca, pero cuando por fin la hace es blandita, pastosa o semil\u00edquida (tipo crema o mostaza).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00cd es estre\u00f1imiento:<\/strong> Si le cuesta much\u00edsimo hacer caca, llora de dolor y sus deposiciones son duras, secas y en forma de bolitas peque\u00f1as (como avellanas o corchos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razones por las que tu beb\u00e9 no hace caca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu peque lleva d\u00edas sin manchar el pa\u00f1al pero sus cacas siguen siendo blandas, suele deberse a dos cosas totalmente normales de su desarrollo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disquecia del lactante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La disquecia del lactante es simplemente que <strong>tu beb\u00e9 a\u00fan est\u00e1 aprendiendo a coordinar su cuerpo<\/strong>. Para hacer caca, necesita empujar con la tripita y, al mismo tiempo, relajar el culete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como indica la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeped.es\/enfamilia\/salud-en-familia\/cacas-bebes-disquecia-lactante\">Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Pediatr\u00eda<\/a>, como su sistema nervioso a\u00fan es inmaduro, a veces hace fuerza con el abdomen pero se le olvida relajar el esf\u00ednter. No hay dolor ni heces duras; simplemente su cuerpo asimila casi toda la leche materna y <strong>tarda en acumular residuo<\/strong>. Es un proceso completamente normal que no requiere tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber si la leche materna estri\u00f1e a mi beb\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La leche materna no estri\u00f1e<\/strong>. Es el alimento m\u00e1s digestible que existe y act\u00faa como un laxante natural. Si tu beb\u00e9 toma pecho y pasa d\u00edas sin evacuar, no es por la leche, sino porque su organismo absorbe casi todos sus nutrientes. Solo sabr\u00e1s si hay estre\u00f1imiento real si al hacer caca sus heces son duras y le causan dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 mi beb\u00e9 se tira gases pero no hace caca?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muy habitual. Los gases se mueven y expulsan con mayor facilidad que la caca. Que tire peditos<strong> demuestra que sus intestinos funcionan y est\u00e1n en movimiento<\/strong>.
