No queremos robarte tus esperanzas, pero cabe la posibilidad de que no se haya producido un embarazo.<\/p>\n<p>La falta de regla no tiene por qu\u00e9 significar que te hayas quedado embarazada. La amenorrea puede ser primaria o secundaria.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>amenorrea primaria<\/strong> es la falta de menstruaci\u00f3n antes de los 15 a\u00f1os. Normalmente, se deber\u00e1 a trastornos hormonales o fisiol\u00f3gicos.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>amenorrea secundaria<\/strong>, en cambio, se da cuando, una vez que los ciclos menstruales se han regulado, la regla desaparece durante un periodo de tiempo mayor o igual a tres meses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aunque el motivo m\u00e1s com\u00fan por que se presenta la amenorrea es el embarazo, tambi\u00e9n puede haber otros motivos, hormonales o fisiol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Causas de la amenorrea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hay varias razones por las que una mujer adulta o adolescente puede sufrir amenorrea.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Embarazo<\/strong>: Esta es la causa m\u00e1s com\u00fan en mujeres que est\u00e1n en edad reproductiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00edndrome del ovario poliqu\u00edstico<\/strong>: Se trata de la segunda causa m\u00e1s com\u00fan de amenorrea y puede producir tanto la amenorrea primaria como la secundaria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anovulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Es la falta de ovulaci\u00f3n por causas como trastornos alimentarios, estr\u00e9s o exceso de ejercicio<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abuso de drogas o medicaciones<\/strong>: El uso excesivo de anticonceptivos orales, antidepresivos y otros medicamentos puede producir amenorrea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lactancia:<\/strong> Durante el periodo de lactancia tambi\u00e9n se produce un periodo de amenorrea, afectando a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/cuando-se-recupera-la-fertilidad-despues-del-parto\/\"><u>fertilidad tras el parto<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falla ov\u00e1rica prematura:<\/strong> Sucede cuando los ovarios cesan su funcionamiento antes de la edad corriente de la menopausia. No es lo mismo que la menopausia prematura porque, aunque falle la regularidad de los periodos, todav\u00eda es posible quedarse embarazada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alteraciones en la tiroides<\/strong>: Algunas enfermedades y fallos de la tiroides tambi\u00e9n pueden produce amenorrea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>S\u00edntomas de la amenorrea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Debes tener en cuenta que la amenorrea no es una enfermedad. Si hay amenorrea es porque existe una condici\u00f3n subyacente, ya sea un embarazo u otra raz\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo de qu\u00e9 haya causado la amenorrea (puede ser un embarazo u otras causas) podr\u00e1s experimentar algunos o todos estos s\u00edntomas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secreci\u00f3n de leche por el pez\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Mayor ca\u00edda del cabello<\/li>\n<li>Dolores de cabeza o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/migranas-durante-el-embarazo-que-hacer\/\">migra\u00f1as<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Cambios en la visi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Aparici\u00f3n o aumento del vello facial<\/li>\n<li>Dolores en la pelvis<\/li>\n<li>Aparici\u00f3n de acn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Aumento de peso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo diferenciar la amenorrea del embarazo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si tus ciclos no siempre son regulares, es posible que el retraso de la regla no sea un indicador 100% fiable de que te has quedado embarazada. Si es tu caso, presta atenci\u00f3n a estas otras <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/senales-de-embarazo\/\">se\u00f1ales de embarazo<\/a> que te dar\u00e1n pistas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cambios en los pechos<\/strong>: Si los notas m\u00e1s grandes y sensibles y las areolas se empiezan a oscurecer, es posible que te hayas quedado embarazada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sangrado vaginal<\/strong>: No es la regla, porque sangras mucho menos y adem\u00e1s tiene un color algo diferente. Si te has quedado embarazada, este peque\u00f1o sangrado te dar\u00e1 una se\u00f1al quiz\u00e1 antes de que notes la amenorrea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u00e1useas<\/strong>: Uno de los indicadores m\u00e1s frecuentes en el cine y la literatura, pero es real. Las n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos ante olores fuertes o ciertos alimentos son comunes en las primeras semanas de embarazo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cansancio<\/strong>: Si te sientes m\u00e1s cansada de lo normal, tambi\u00e9n es una se\u00f1al de que podr\u00edas estar embarazada. Al aumentar tu temperatura basal, reducirse tu tensi\u00f3n arterial y acelerarse tu ritmo cardiaco, es normal sentirse m\u00e1s cansada y con m\u00e1s sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cambios de humor<\/strong>: Si se est\u00e1n produciendo cambios hormonales en tu cuerpo, los cambios de humor los acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n casi seguro. Existen una serie de tratamientos, dependiendo de la causa de la amenorrea que previenen la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/principales-causas-de-la-infertilidad-femenina\/\">infertilidad femenina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En los casos de ovarios poliqu\u00edsticos, se recurre a medicamentos concretos con el objetivo de establecer un equilibrio hormonal normal.<\/li>\n<li>En mujeres menores de 35 a\u00f1os, se puede recurrir (siempre bajo supervisi\u00f3n y monitorizaci\u00f3n profesional) a la inducci\u00f3n de ovulaci\u00f3n mediante f\u00e1rmacos.<\/li>\n<li>La fertilizaci\u00f3n in vitro tambi\u00e9n es una opci\u00f3n para mujeres con amenorrea que quieren quedarse embarazadas puesto que permite seleccionar y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/congelacion-de-ovulos\/\">congelar \u00f3vulos<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>En casos muy espec\u00edficos, quiz\u00e1 sea necesario recurrir a la cirug\u00eda, si existiesen tumores u otros obst\u00e1culos que impiden la menstruaci\u00f3n normal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por lo general, los tratamientos hormonales y con f\u00e1rmacos eliminan el s\u00edntoma de la amenorrea.
