De lo contrario, no te preocupes porque hoy te despejamos cualquier duda que tengas al respecto en Suavinex. \u00a1Sigue leyendo!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neonato, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los neonatos son los <\/span><b>beb\u00e9s reci\u00e9n nacidos que tienen 4 semanas o menos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desde su nacimiento \u2014ya sea por parto o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/cesarea\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ces\u00e1rea<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014. Durante ese periodo de 28 d\u00edas los cambios en el desarrollo del beb\u00e9 son muy r\u00e1pidos. Adem\u00e1s, <\/span><b>se pueden mostrar diversos sucesos muy significativos en este tiempo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como los patrones de alimentaci\u00f3n y los v\u00ednculos que establecen con los padres. Igualmente aumenta el riesgo de posibles infecciones que puede sufrir el beb\u00e9 y van apareciendo los defectos cong\u00e9nitos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n del neonato seg\u00fan edad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poder controlar los cambios cr\u00edticos en la etapa del neonato, es el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/que-es-neonatologo-diferencia-pediatra\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">neonat\u00f3logo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014el pediatra especializado en reci\u00e9n nacidos\u2014 quien diagnostica y trata los problemas de salud de los neonatos. Y para ello, los profesionales clasifican a los neonatos en su nacimiento con la finalidad de poder definir un pron\u00f3stico que les ayude a prevenir posibles complicaciones y tenerlos m\u00e1s controlados.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo tanto, al nacer asignan a los neonatos un nombre seg\u00fan su edad gestacional, es decir, seg\u00fan el per\u00edodo de tiempo comprendido entre la concepci\u00f3n y el nacimiento \u2014cuando el beb\u00e9 est\u00e1 dentro del \u00fatero de la madre\u2014. Teniendo tres tipos de clasificaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Neonato de t\u00e9rmino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: se denomina as\u00ed a los neonatos que nacen entre las 38 y 42 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n \u2014teniendo en cuenta que un embarazo tiene una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de 40 semanas\u2014.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Neonato prematuro o pret\u00e9rmino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: son los neonatos que han nacido antes de las 38 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Neonato post\u00e9rmino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: los cuales han nacido despu\u00e9s de las 42 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El aspecto de un neonato<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"bebe bostezando\" class=\"wp-image-41472\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-66x66.jpg 66w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-200x200.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min-400x400.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/bebe-bostezando-min.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/primeros-dias-bebe\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">primeros d\u00edas del beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se suelen hacer varias <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/pruebas-recien-nacido\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pruebas al reci\u00e9n nacido<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sobre todo miran el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/peso-bebe\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peso del beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por si se diera el caso de ser un <\/span><b>neonato macros\u00f3mico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El t\u00e9rmino de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/que-es-la-macrosomia-en-el-bebe-causas-y-riesgos-en-el-parto\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">macrosom\u00eda en el beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se emplea para definir a un reci\u00e9n nacido que <\/span><b>tiene un peso mayor al promedio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014llegando a pesar m\u00e1s de 4.000 gramos\u2014.&nbsp;El problema de este suceso es que el neonato puede tener ciertos problemas de salud, sobre todo si pesa m\u00e1s de 4.500 gramos. Adem\u00e1s de los riesgos que puede suponer en el parto, ya que el neonato podr\u00eda sufrir alguna lesi\u00f3n. Aunque puede ser dif\u00edcil de detectar, normalmente algunos signos suelen ser la altura del fondo uterino y el exceso de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/que-es-el-liquido-amniotico-y-cual-es-su-funcion\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debes saber que los neonatos tienen una circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea m\u00e1s lenta y algo inestable, por lo que es normal que su piel tenga un tono diferente. No te alarmes, porque <\/span><b>suelen presentar un color rojo oscuro y sus extremidades pueden tener un tono azulado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014y m\u00e1s si est\u00e1n fr\u00edas\u2014.&nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan que los neonatos, al tener a\u00fan sus primeros d\u00edas de vida,<\/span><b> presenten un color amarillento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que sobre todo se mostrar\u00e1 en los ojos. Esto se llama \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/ictericia-bebe\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ictericia en el reci\u00e9n nacido<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d y ocurre porque su h\u00edgado a\u00fan se est\u00e1 desarrollando y los niveles de bilirrubina son m\u00e1s altos de lo normal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible que tambi\u00e9n observes que tu neonato est\u00e1 morado, es decir, que presente algunas <\/span><b>manchas de color azul oscuro en la parte de las nalgas y la espalda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A veces suelen perdurar bastantes meses, pero no te asustes porque es algo bastante com\u00fan que no afecta a la salud de tu beb\u00e9. No obstante, nosotros te aconsejamos que siempre lo consultes con tu pediatra, o en este caso tu neonat\u00f3logo, para que examine el estado de tu beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las fontanelas del neonato<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el nacimiento, si este fue extenso, es posible que el neonato sufriera alguna modelaci\u00f3n en su cabeza. Es corriente que algunos neonatos <\/span><b>presenten una cabeza algo m\u00e1s alargada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, debido al parto. No te preocupes si ves que tienen <\/span><b>peque\u00f1os hematomas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es algo normal que sucede en los reci\u00e9n nacidos y que con el tiempo desaparecen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/fontanelas-bebe\/\"><b>fontanelas del neonato<\/b><\/a><b> son las partes m\u00e1s blandas de su cabeza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y son las partes del cr\u00e1neo que a\u00fan no se han terminado de unir. Es algo com\u00fan en los beb\u00e9s que esas zonas a\u00fan est\u00e9n blandas debido al poco tiempo de vida. Suelen cerrarse cuando el beb\u00e9 ya tiene un a\u00f1o de vida. Es una <\/span><b>zona fr\u00e1gil, por lo que debes tener especial cuidado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> evitando golpes o ca\u00eddas. Pero deber\u00e1s prestar atenci\u00f3n a los <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/cuidados-cordon-umbilical\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuidados del cord\u00f3n umbilical<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para no tener ning\u00fan incidente. Igual no lo sab\u00edas, pero existen bancos de sangre de dicho cord\u00f3n donde puedes hacer una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/donacion-cordon-umbilical\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donaci\u00f3n del cord\u00f3n umbilical<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que sea utilizado en pacientes que lo necesiten.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los neonatos tambi\u00e9n <\/span><b>es algo com\u00fan que tengan una hernia umbilical \u2014<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un peque\u00f1o bulto cerca del ombligo\u2014, puesto que sus m\u00fasculos del abdomen a\u00fan son d\u00e9biles y el intestino puede sobresalir por la abertura umbilical. Normalmente <\/span><b>no es necesario tomar medidas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, puesto que con el tiempo el neonato va creciendo y desarroll\u00e1ndose y se corrige por s\u00ed solo. A\u00fan as\u00ed, acude a un especialista para que examine la situaci\u00f3n y sea \u00e9l qui\u00e9n te de las indicaciones oportunas para la salud de tu beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como ves, el neonato requiere de mucha atenci\u00f3n en sus primeros d\u00edas de vida, puesto que es donde m\u00e1s complicaciones pueden presentarse.
