Debes saber que la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 es muy com\u00fan, no debes asustarte si experimentas estas situaciones \u2014aunque es normal que si eres <\/span>madre o padre primerizo<\/span><\/a> te inquiete y preocupe la salud de tu beb\u00e9, sobre todo si son los <\/span>primeros d\u00edas del beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a>\u2014. Adem\u00e1s, es muy com\u00fan confundir el v\u00f3mito con la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9, pero en Suavinex vamos a indicarte como identificarlos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Por eso, para tranquilizarte vamos a mostrarte qu\u00e9 es la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 y por qu\u00e9 se produce, c\u00f3mo puedes diferenciarla de los v\u00f3mitos y cu\u00e1l es la mejor forma de tratarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la regurgitaci\u00f3n en beb\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"beb\u00e9<\/a>Tienes que tener en cuenta que la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 se conoce como <\/span>reflujo gastroesof\u00e1gico<\/b>, y lo que sucede, en el caso de la regurgitaci\u00f3n en beb\u00e9s de menos de 6 meses, es que la leche que ya se encuentra en el est\u00f3mago regresa al es\u00f3fago \u2014siendo este el tubo que une la boca con el est\u00f3mago\u2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sin embargo, cuando el reflujo ocasiona ciertos s\u00edntomas o complicaci\u00f3n es cuando se trata de <\/span>ERGE, la enfermedad por reflujo gastroesof\u00e1gico<\/b>. Se trata de un <\/span>reflujo mucho m\u00e1s grave y duradero<\/b>. \u00bfC\u00f3mo detectas si se trata de ERGE? Es posible que tenga ERGE si tu beb\u00e9 no consigue alimentarse o este reflujo permanece m\u00e1s de 12 o 14 meses. No obstante, nosotros siempre te aconsejamos que consultes con tu pediatra antes de alarmarte.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se produce la regurgitaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Desde un punto de vista m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnico, la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 se produce debido a que un m\u00fasculo en forma de anillo \u2014llamado esf\u00ednter esof\u00e1gico inferior, que se encuentra en la uni\u00f3n del es\u00f3fago con el est\u00f3mago\u2014 es demasiado d\u00e9bil en los beb\u00e9s y se relaja permitiendo el paso del contenido del est\u00f3mago. Esto es as\u00ed porque <\/span>el m\u00fasculo a\u00fan se est\u00e1 formando<\/b> y no permanece cerrado para evitar que regurgite.<\/span><\/p>\n

La regurgitaci\u00f3n es bastante com\u00fan en beb\u00e9s reci\u00e9n nacidos, e incluso puedes experimentar una regurgitaci\u00f3n en beb\u00e9s de 3 y 6 meses puesto que <\/span>su organismo a\u00fan no est\u00e1 desarrollado<\/b>. Aunque es verdad que suele ocurrir con <\/span>mayor regularidad en beb\u00e9s que han podido tomar mucha leche <\/b>o incluso si comiendo<\/span> han ingerido algo de aire durante la<\/b> lactancia materna<\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por ello no debes preocuparte, porque es algo corriente en beb\u00e9s hasta que empiezan a comer alimentos s\u00f3lidos \u2014es decir m\u00e1s o menos hasta los 6 meses\u2014 o hasta que tu beb\u00e9 cumple un a\u00f1o de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n existen otros factores que suelen provocar que la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9, pero que no es f\u00e1cil evadirlos. Que el beb\u00e9 <\/span>pase mucho tiempo acostado<\/b> es uno de ellos, adem\u00e1s de llevar una <\/span>alimentaci\u00f3n sobre todo l\u00edquida <\/b>y que se trate de un <\/span>beb\u00e9 prematuro<\/span><\/a> \u2014ya que su organismo est\u00e1 menos desarrollado\u2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfV\u00f3mito o regurgitaci\u00f3n del bebe?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Es normal que lo confundas, muchas veces no sabemos si es v\u00f3mito o regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9, pero es conveniente que sepas diferenciarlos. <\/span>La regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 sucede de manera inesperada<\/b>, no es una situaci\u00f3n molesta para el beb\u00e9 y <\/span>a veces ocurre en forma de eructo<\/b>. No obstante, los v\u00f3mitos no son as\u00ed, ya que la expulsi\u00f3n de leche no ser\u00e1 igual que una regurgitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se origina el v\u00f3mito?\u00a0 Cuando <\/span>los m\u00fasculos del abdomen y el diafragma se contraen firmemente a la vez que el est\u00f3mago se relaja<\/b>. De esta forma la expulsi\u00f3n de leche tambi\u00e9n le acompa\u00f1a contenido del est\u00f3mago, siendo una situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s molesta para el beb\u00e9. Es probable que tu beb\u00e9 llore cuando vomite, tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 una forma de diferenciarlos.<\/span><\/p>\n

En cualquier caso, te recomendamos que acudas a tu pediatra si estas situaciones se repiten con regularidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo tratar la regurgitaci\u00f3n en beb\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"c\u00f3lico<\/a>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes evitar la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9? Para tratar la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 puedes empezar realizando algunos cambios en la <\/span>alimentaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a>. Por un lado, puedes incorporarle algo de cereal de arroz en los <\/span>biberones<\/span><\/a>. Y si la mezcla es muy espesa puedes utilizar otras <\/span>tetinas del biber\u00f3n<\/span><\/a> que sean de mayor tama\u00f1o. Pero lo mejor es que consultes con un pediatra para que sea \u00e9l quien te indique el procedimiento y las cantidades adecuadas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por otro lado, cuando alimentes a tu beb\u00e9 <\/span>es conveniente que le hagas eructar<\/b> cada poco tiempo y procurar <\/span>no darle excesivas cantidades de leche<\/b>,<\/span> sino las recomendadas. Adem\u00e1s, es mejor que <\/span>no esperes a que el beb\u00e9 tenga mucha hambre<\/b> para comenzar a darle de comer, ya que si empieza a comer mientras llora lo har\u00e1 con m\u00e1s agitaci\u00f3n y es posible que trague m\u00e1s aire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n es aconsejable que despu\u00e9s de cada comida, <\/span>coloques a tu beb\u00e9 en una postura vertical<\/b> durante m\u00e1s o menos media hora. De esta forma evitaremos que se produzcan con tanta frecuenta la regurgitaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es posible que tu beb\u00e9 sea <\/span>sensible a las prote\u00ednas de la leche<\/b>, pero si usas leche de f\u00f3rmula no es conveniente que cambies sin consultarlo antes con tu m\u00e9dico.<\/span><\/p>\n

Como ves la alimentaci\u00f3n de tu beb\u00e9 es muy importante, y por eso tambi\u00e9n es conveniente que sepas <\/span>c\u00f3mo alimentar a tu beb\u00e9 en verano<\/span><\/a> y la importancia de la <\/span>vitamina D en el beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a>. Para su nutrici\u00f3n dispones de diferentes <\/span>accesorios de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a> y <\/span>peque\u00f1os electrodom\u00e9sticos<\/span><\/a> que te facilitar\u00e1n la hora de la comida.<\/span><\/p>\n

No obstante, si tras los cambios de alimentaci\u00f3n no notas mejor\u00edas en tu beb\u00e9 y detectas ciertos problemas en el beb\u00e9 para dormir, comer, en su crecimiento o incluso alg\u00fan tipo de <\/span>ingurgitaci\u00f3n mamaria en los primeros d\u00edas de lactancia<\/span><\/a>, entonces lo mejor ser\u00e1 recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para empezar el tratamiento adecuado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
