Una de ellas es la <\/span><b>macrosom\u00eda en el beb\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no te asustes si no conoces este t\u00e9rmino, pues solo hace referencia al peso del reci\u00e9n nacido. Es cierto que pueden surgir ciertas complicaciones si el beb\u00e9 cuenta con un excesivo peso o altura durante el parto, pero tambi\u00e9n existen ciertas acciones con las que podr\u00e1s prevenir la <\/span><b>macrosom\u00eda fetal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la macrosom\u00eda en beb\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se suele hablar de <\/span><b>macrosom\u00eda neonatal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuando el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/peso-bebe\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peso del beb\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es mayor del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/mundo-percentiles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">percentil<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 90 o mayor a los 4 kilos de peso. Suele considerarse que en los casos de reci\u00e9n nacidos con un peso mayor a 4,5 Kilos pueden aumentar las complicaciones de forma considerable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La macrosom\u00eda conlleva determinadas complicaciones en el parto vaginal. Adem\u00e1s, la macrosom\u00eda fetal tambi\u00e9n aumenta los riesgos o problemas de salud del beb\u00e9 tras su nacimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Signos y s\u00edntomas macrosom\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque existan algunas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/pruebas-recien-nacido\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pruebas del reci\u00e9n nacido<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que pueden detectar el tama\u00f1o del beb\u00e9, estas pruebas no son 100% efectivas, pues el beb\u00e9 se sigue desarrollando hasta el momento del parto. Por ello es muy complicado detectar y diagnosticar esta patolog\u00eda a lo largo del embarazo. A\u00fan as\u00ed los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes cuando los beb\u00e9s suelen ser de gran tama\u00f1o son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gran altura del fondo uterino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: en las diferentes pruebas prenatales se puede medir la altura del fondo uterino (la distancia desde el hueso p\u00fabico hasta la parte superior del \u00fatero). Pues si la altura es excesiva puede tratarse de un signo de macrosom\u00eda fetal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Exceso de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: cuando el beb\u00e9 suele ser m\u00e1s grande que el promedio de beb\u00e9s, suele estar rodeado por una mayor cantidad de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico. Pues cuanto mayor sea el beb\u00e9 mayor cantidad de orina produce, lo que hace que la cantidad de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico tambi\u00e9n sea mayor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19296 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-300x209.jpg\" alt=\"ecograf\u00edas 4D y 5D\" width=\"300\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-300x209.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-768x535.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-200x139.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-400x278.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-600x418.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D-800x557.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ecografias-4D-y-5D.jpg 875w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Uno de los principales m\u00e9todos que se utilizan para el <\/span><b>diagn\u00f3stico de la macrosom\u00eda fetal es la <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/ecografias-embarazo\/\"><b>ecograf\u00eda<\/b><\/a><b> en el <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/tercer-trimestre-de-embarazo-sintomas-habituales\/\"><b>tercer trimestre del embarazo<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pues, la macrosom\u00eda no deja de ser la estimaci\u00f3n de peso y talla que se lleva a cabo mediante un ec\u00f3grafo. Este m\u00e9todo no ofrece una total precisi\u00f3n ya que su rango de error ronda entre los 300 y 550 gramos.\u00a0 Esto ocurre porque desde el momento de la \u00faltima ecograf\u00eda hasta el momento del parto, el beb\u00e9 puede crecer, lo que limita el uso de esta t\u00e9cnica para la detecci\u00f3n de la macrosom\u00eda del beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otros m\u00e9todos para la detecci\u00f3n de una posible macrosom\u00eda fetal se encuentran los an\u00e1lisis prenatales, as\u00ed como la prueba en reposo o un perfil biof\u00edsico fetal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, si despu\u00e9s de las pruebas m\u00e9dicas pertinentes se descarta la existencia de este tipo de patolog\u00eda, tanto el embarazo como el parto puedes ser completamente normales. Incluso el parto por v\u00eda vaginal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Causas macrosom\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se puede hablar sobre diferentes causas o factores que promueven la macrosom\u00eda del beb\u00e9. Entre esos factores podemos diferenciar entre las causas maternas o paternas, as\u00ed como las causas fetales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por un lado, en relaci\u00f3n a los fatores maternos y paternos podemos encontrar las siguientes causas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-25745 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"peso embarazo\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-768x462.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-200x120.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-400x241.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-600x361.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo-800x481.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/controlar_peso_embarazo.jpg 876w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Peso y talla elevados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: la obesidad de la madre conlleva una mayor probabilidad de que el beb\u00e9 cuente con macrosom\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ganancia ponderal durante el embarazo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: ganar <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/peso-embarazo\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peso durante el embarazo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tambi\u00e9n aumenta el riesgo de que el beb\u00e9 sufra esta patolog\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Macrosom\u00eda por <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/diabetes-gestacional\/\"><b>diabetes gestacional<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: se trata de una de las principales causas por las que el beb\u00e9 puede tener un tama\u00f1o excesivo. Tanto como si la madre ten\u00eda diabetes antes del embarazo como si la contrajo durante el embarazo, es muy probable que el beb\u00e9 tenga macrosom\u00eda fetal. Por lo que es muy importante controlar la diabetes en el embarazo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Partos m\u00faltiples<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Madre mayor de 35 a\u00f1os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es importante tener en cuenta la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/mejor-edad-para-tener-hijos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mejor edad para tener hijos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Macrosom\u00eda previa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: si ya tuviste un parto en el que el beb\u00e9 de gran tama\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n corres el riesgo de tener otro beb\u00e9 con macrosom\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tama\u00f1o uterino y placentario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: en funci\u00f3n de la cantidad de placenta y el tama\u00f1o del \u00fatero, el beb\u00e9 puede contar con un mayor riesgo de tener macrosom\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n hay algunos factores que dependen del beb\u00e9:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sexo masculino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: tener un var\u00f3n aumenta la probabilidad de tener un beb\u00e9 con macrosom\u00eda fetal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Edad gestacional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: en el caso en que el embarazo se extienda dos o m\u00e1s semanas, el beb\u00e9 se sigue desarrollando aunque ya deber\u00eda haber nacido.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>S\u00edndromes gen\u00e9ticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo prevenir la macrosom\u00eda fetal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hay un <\/span><b>tratamiento para macrosom\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> espec\u00edfico, pero puedes seguir ciertas pautas para disfrutar de un embarazo totalmente saludable. Algunos de los consejos para prevenir que el beb\u00e9 sea de gran tama\u00f1o antes de nacer son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Controlar el peso durante el embarazo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: es recomendable engordar desde los 11 a los 16 Kilos por embarazo. En el caso de engordar muchos m\u00e1s Kilos es probable que el beb\u00e9 tenga macrosom\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Controlar la diabetes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: tanto si ten\u00eda diabetes antes de quedarte embaraza como si la has desarrollado durante el embarazo, deber\u00e1s acudir al m\u00e9dico para que te haga el seguimiento con el que controlar el nivel de glucosa en la sangre.
