Que si el beb\u00e9 debe comer cada tres horas, que si no hay que cogerle en brazos&#8230; Algunos son recomendaciones particulares que se extendieron a la generalidad; otras parten de antiguas costumbres que no se han terminado de actualizar para el gran p\u00fablico. En torno a la higiene y el aseo de los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as tambi\u00e9n hay algunos y hoy vamos a desmontar uno de ellos. Seguro que alguna vez te has preguntado <strong>cu\u00e1ndo ba\u00f1ar al beb\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0 y seguro que habr\u00e1s recibido una respuesta muy clara: por la tarde, antes de cenar. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hay de cierto en la conveniencia hacerlo a esa hora? \u00bfEs necesario ba\u00f1ar a los beb\u00e9s todos los d\u00edas? Hoy te contamos todo acerca de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/la-hora-del-bano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la hora del ba\u00f1o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00abMejor b\u00e1\u00f1alo por la tarde\u00bb el mito m\u00e1s extendido<\/h2>\n<p>Si hay un mito extendido en torno a <strong>cu\u00e1ndo ba\u00f1ar al beb\u00e9<\/strong> es el de la hora. Las madres y abuelas siempre han dicho aquello de \u00abb\u00e1\u00f1alo por la tarde, que se relaja\u00bb y, de tanto escucharlo, nos lo hemos terminado por creer. Pero no es cierto en s\u00ed mismo. El mejor momento para ba\u00f1ar a tu beb\u00e9 es aquel en el que est\u00e9 tranquilo y pod\u00e1is disfrutarlo\u00a0 juntos. Lo habitual, si trabajas fuera de casa, es que no puedas ba\u00f1arle hasta la tarde y puede que ese sea uno de los or\u00edgenes de esta confusi\u00f3n. Decimos uno, porque tambi\u00e9n hay otra posibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfRecuerdas cuando, de peque, te pasabas las dos horas m\u00e1s largas de tu d\u00eda esperando tras la comida en verano? El mito del corte de digesti\u00f3n est\u00e1 muy extendido y tambi\u00e9n puede tener que ver con lo que nos ocupa. Ahora se sabe que lo que se cre\u00eda un <strong>corte de digesti\u00f3n<\/strong> es, en realidad, una <strong>hidrocuci\u00f3n<\/strong>. La hidrocuci\u00f3n es un choque t\u00e9rmico producido por el contraste entre la temperatura del cuerpo y la del agua. Algo que no tiene por qu\u00e9 ocurrirle a tu beb\u00e9, aunque acabe de comer, si el agua de la ba\u00f1era est\u00e1 entre 34 \u00baC y 37 \u00baC<\/p>\n<p>Como puedes ver, no hay ninguna base cient\u00edfica que diga que la respuesta a <strong>cu\u00e1ndo ba\u00f1ar al beb\u00e9<\/strong> es por la tarde.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces ba\u00f1ar al beb\u00e9?<\/h2>\n<p>La<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/piel-del-bebe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> piel del beb\u00e9<\/a> es su manto protector y es muy sensible a las agresiones externas, por lo que es necesario cuidarla con mimo. Antes se cre\u00eda necesario ba\u00f1ar a los beb\u00e9s cada d\u00eda, pero las recomendaciones actuales hablan de hacerlo cada 2 o 3 para preservarla. Los beb\u00e9s no se ensucian demasiado, as\u00ed que con prestar atenci\u00f3n a la carita, la zona genital y los pliegues ser\u00e1 suficiente en los d\u00edas que no toque ba\u00f1era.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuando ba\u00f1es a tu beb\u00e9<\/strong> emplea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/bano-y-cuidado-del-bebe\/cosmetica-bebe\/pack-2-gel-bano-espumoso-750ml\/p\/pack-gel-champu-espumoso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">geles para bebe<\/a>, que no le resequen, y t\u00f3mate un ratito despu\u00e9s para darle un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/masaje-infantil-tipos-beneficios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">masaje<\/a>\u00a0que disfrutar\u00e9is ambos. Si tiene la piel muy sensible puedes emplear una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/accesorios-guarderia\/sets-de-guarderia\/pack-pomada-panal-protectora-reparadora\/p\/pack-crema-pomada-pa%C3%B1al\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pomada<\/a> que la mantenga protegida.\u00a0 Busca un momento en el que est\u00e9 tranquilo y no tenga hambre, sobre todo si no le gusta mucho el agua. Controla que la habitaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 a 23 \u00baC &#8211; 25 \u00baC y el agua, como coment\u00e1bamos, a 34 \u00baC &#8211; 37 \u00baC.\u00a0 Introd\u00facele en ella de manera paulatina para que pueda acostumbrarse sin sobresaltos. Es muy importante que le mantengas vigilado siempre y que nunca le dejes solo en la ba\u00f1era.
