Siempre hay miles de cosas que hacer, pero debemos organizarnos en funci\u00f3n de nuestras prioridades. Y sin duda alguna, <strong>la principal prioridad son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/nuevos_propositos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nuestros hijos<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El trabajo, las tareas dom\u00e9sticas y dem\u00e1s obligaciones a veces nos consumen mucho tiempo y no nos damos cuenta que ese tiempo es importante que lo pasemos con nuestros peque\u00f1os. Es importante para ellos y para nosotros, porque <strong>\u00bfacaso hay algo que nos haga m\u00e1s felices a las madres (y a los padres) que estar con nuestros ni\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consejos para pasar tiempo en familia<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Haz que tus hijos, aunque sean muy peque\u00f1os, <strong>participen en las tareas del hogar<\/strong>: ordenar, recoger, limpiar, cocinar, poner la mesa etc. Intenta que sea para ellos un juego porque, aunque parezca incre\u00edble, se divertir\u00e1n y t\u00fa podr\u00e1s aprovechar y pasar tiempo con tus peques al tiempo que pones orden en casa o bien preparas la cena.<\/li>\n<li>La<strong> limpieza<\/strong> <strong>una vez en semana.<\/strong> Aprovecha cuando tu pareja y t\u00fa est\u00e9is en casa, el fin de semana por ejemplo. Una buena limpieza a fondo semanal ser\u00e1 suficiente. No pretendamos que nuestra casa est\u00e9 siempre impecable.<\/li>\n<li>Organiza <strong>cenas r\u00e1pidas y sanas<\/strong> \u00a1en el <strong>horno<\/strong>! Ser\u00e1 el gran aliado de la familia, pues preparar la cena no te quitar\u00e1 mucho tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Haz la <strong>compra on-line<\/strong>. Muchos supermercados, incluso tiendas y peque\u00f1os comercios, sirven a domicilio. Aprovecha esta ventaja. Los productos m\u00e1s frescos siempre se pueden comprar el fin de semana.<\/li>\n<li>Si tienes trabajo que hacer, siempre puede esperar a que tu peque\u00f1o se acueste. Juega con \u00e9l, s\u00e1cale al parque, jugad en casa, acabar\u00e1 tan cansado que seguramente se acostar\u00e1 temprano y t\u00fa podr\u00e1s trabajar m\u00e1s concentrada y obtener un mejor rendimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Si hace buen tiempo <strong>mejor jugar en la calle<\/strong> que en casa. Muchas son las ventajas: tanto los ni\u00f1os como t\u00fa har\u00e9is m\u00e1s ejercicio, con el cansancio tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s apetito, no ensuciar\u00e1n ni desordenar\u00e1n la casa y tras tanta actividad f\u00edsica dormir\u00e1n como angelitos.<\/li>\n<li>Siempre que puedas d\u00fachate o <strong>b\u00e1<\/strong><strong>\u00f1ate con tus hijos<\/strong>. No solo ahorrar\u00e1s agua, sino que ganar\u00e1s tiempo y pasar\u00e9is un rato estupendo disfrutando y chapoteando sin parar.<\/li>\n<li>Si practicas alg\u00fan <strong>deporte<\/strong>, \u00a1hazlo con tus hijos! Por ejemplo, si te gusta nadar bien pod\u00e9is hacerlo juntos, en lugar de dejar que ellos hagan su clase y luego ir tu por separado. An\u00edmate y ve con ellos. O bien pasear en bicicleta, ahora que llega el buen tiempo un buen paseo les encantar\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Intentad <strong>cenar juntos<\/strong>. Los ni\u00f1os cenan muy temprano, es cierto, pero de este modo har\u00e9is la cena para todos, y podr\u00e9is sentaros juntos a la mesa. Despu\u00e9s podr\u00e9is tener tiempo libre una vez que los ni\u00f1os se hayan acostado.<\/li>\n<li>Y si no puedes con todo, <strong>\u00a1pide ayuda!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfY a ti?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 idea se te ocurre a\u00f1adir para poder pasar m\u00e1s tiempo con tus hijos?<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces has pensado en lo cortos que se hacen los d\u00edas?
