Fue entonces cuando se pudo determinar cu\u00e1les eran los factores de riesgo y en qu\u00e9 consist\u00edan los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s relevantes. Como sucede con toda enfermedad o trastorno lo importante era poder prevenirla.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la preeclampsia?<\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de una complicaci\u00f3n que puede darse en el embarazo, pero <strong>tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer en el postparto<\/strong>. Sus s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s destacados son la <strong>hipertensi\u00f3n arterial y la aparici\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en la orina<\/strong>. Deben aparecer ambos s\u00edntomas para hablar de preeclampsia. Si no se detecta y trata a tiempo puede tener graves consecuencias para la madre (afectaci\u00f3n de otros \u00f3rganos como el h\u00edgado, el cerebro, la sangre) y el beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Se trata de una complicaci\u00f3n que puede darse en el embarazo, pero tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer en el postparto.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Causas de la preeclampsia<\/h2>\n<p>Hay diversos factores de riesgo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Factores gen\u00e9ticos, familiares que hayan padecido esta complicaci\u00f3n en alg\u00fan embarazo.<\/li>\n<li>Factores m\u00e1s relacionados con la mujer: obesidad, estr\u00e9s, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/embarazos-tardios-hay-mas-riesgo-o-solo-es-un-mito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">edad avanzada<\/a>, madre adolescente, alteraciones de coagulaci\u00f3n o enfermedades del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<li>Cuestiones m\u00e1s relacionadas con el propio embarazo: m\u00faltiples, infecciones repetidas de orina, anomal\u00edas del feto, concepci\u00f3n con exposici\u00f3n breve al semen de la pareja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Sus s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s destacados son la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial y la aparici\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en la orina.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Ninguno de estos factores por s\u00ed solo puede causar esta complicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Pero s\u00ed suponen una alerta a tener en cuenta para no descuidar la salud de la embarazada.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede detectar?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Los niveles a tener en cuenta:<br \/>\nSi la presi\u00f3n arterial sist\u00f3lica es mayor de 140 mmHg o la presi\u00f3n diast\u00f3lica superior a 90 mmHgG podemos hablar de hipertensi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Si las anal\u00edticas presentan 300 mg de prote\u00ednas por litro en la orina, hablaremos de proteinuria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En funci\u00f3n de los niveles detectados el m\u00e9dico determinar\u00e1 si se trata de preeclampsia leve o grave.<br \/>\nLos controles m\u00e9dicos durante el embarazo son muy importantes pues en ellos es donde se detectar\u00e1n posibles alteraciones. La detecci\u00f3n precoz permitir\u00e1 evitar las complicaciones m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de controlar.<br \/>\nGeneralmente para un mejor control, la embarazada deber\u00e1 permanecer en el hospital y en caso de empeoramiento se puede recomendar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/parto-programado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acelerar el parto<\/a> si el beb\u00e9 est\u00e1 lo suficientemente maduro. Como siempre, cada circunstancia es diferente y los m\u00e9dicos realizar\u00e1n las recomendaciones oportunas en cada caso.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Se puede predecir mediante un sencillo cribado que se realiza en el primer trimestre de embarazo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>\u00bfSe puede llegar a predecir la preeclampsia?<\/h2>\n<p>Afortunadamente s\u00ed s<strong>e puede predecir mediante un sencillo cribado que se realiza en el primer trimestre de embarazo<\/strong>. Cada vez m\u00e1s centros hospitalarios la realizan dada la gravedad de la enfermedad.
