Si ya est\u00e1s sufriendo los antojos de embarazada<\/a>, o acabas de ser madre, te habr\u00e1s informado de las ayudas y beneficios a los que puedes acogerte. Una de ellas es la ayuda a la madre trabajadora de la Agencia Tributaria.<\/strong> Te contamos en qu\u00e9 consiste, cu\u00e1les son los requisitos para solicitarla y qui\u00e9n tiene derecho a ella. Adem\u00e1s, te contamos como solicitar la ayuda demadre trabajadora por internet o por tel\u00e9fono para que no tengas que desplazarte.<\/p>\n

Solicitud de ayuda a la madre trabajadora<\/h2>\n

La conocida como \u00abayuda a la madre trabajadora\u00bb es, en realidad, una deducci\u00f3n en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas F\u00edsicas (IRPF). Por cada hijo menor de tres a\u00f1os,<\/strong> nacido o adoptado en territorio espa\u00f1ol, corresponden hasta 1.200 \u20ac anuales<\/strong>. Si se trata de una adopci\u00f3n o acogimiento, se puede practicar la deducci\u00f3n durante los tres a\u00f1os siguientes a la inscripci\u00f3n del menor en el Registro Civil, independientemente de la edad del ni\u00f1o. Estos son los principales requisitos para optar a la ayuda por ser madre trabajadora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En caso de que la guarda y custodia corresponda de forma exclusiva al padre, este podr\u00e1 solicitar la ayuda si cumple el resto de requisitos. Tambi\u00e9n en el caso de que la madre hubiera fallecido.<\/p>\n

Entre las ayudas que se pueden solicitar por nacimiento de un hijo est\u00e1 la deducci\u00f3n de 1.200 euros en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas F\u00edsicas por cada hijo menor de tres a\u00f1os<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se solicita?<\/h2>\n

Es necesario presentar el modelo 140 de forma presencial o telem\u00e1tica.<\/strong> En la web de la agencia Tributaria<\/a> tienes las indicaciones para hacerlo. Como coment\u00e1bamos, para poder beneficiarse de esta deducci\u00f3n es necesario ser mujer, tener un hijo menor de tres a\u00f1os y estar trabajando por cuenta propia o ajena, cotizando en el r\u00e9gimen de la Seguridad Social o Mutualidad. Si eres aut\u00f3noma puedes solicitar la ayuda por madre trabajadora siempre que cotices un m\u00ednimo de 100 \u20ac mensuales. Puedes beneficiarte de ella si est\u00e1s de baja con un contrato en vigor, pero no podr\u00e1s hacerlo si est\u00e1s en el paro.<\/p>\n

Cu\u00e1nto es la deducci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Por un lado se puede solicitar la deducci\u00f3n de forma anticipada y prorrateda. mediante transferencia mensual de 100 \u20ac<\/strong> hasta el m\u00e1ximo de 1.200 \u20ac por cada hijo. En el momento que el ni\u00f1o cumpla los tres a\u00f1os dejar\u00e1s de cobrar esa ayuda por madre trabajadora de 100 \u20ac mensuales.<\/p>\n

Otra de las formas es solicitar la deducci\u00f3n de forma anual en la propia declaraci\u00f3n del IRPF. De esta manera, cuando se perciba la deducci\u00f3n de manera anticipada no se minorar\u00e1 la cuota diferencial del impuesto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se cobra la ayuda por madre trabajadora?<\/h2>\n

Para solicitar el abono mensual anticipado de ayuda por ser madre trabajadora , tendr\u00e1 que formularse en el momento en que se cumplan con los requisitos y condiciones establecidos para el derecho de su percepci\u00f3n. En el caso de que sean los dos padres del ni\u00f1o los que soliciten la ayuda, los formularios deber\u00e1n presentarse de forma simult\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, cualquier variaci\u00f3n que afecte al cobro de la ayuda por madre trabajadora por parte de Hacienda, ya sea por incumplimiento de alg\u00fan requisito u otro motivo, deber\u00e1 presentarse otro formulario del modelo 140 en los pr\u00f3ximos 15 d\u00edas naturales. Si no se presentase el formulario en el que se indican las variaciones o incumplimiento de ciertos requisitos, esta ayuda podr\u00eda ser retirada.<\/p>\n

Cualquier duda que te surja sobre este tipo de ayudas por maternidad, siempre puedes ponerte en contacto con la Agencia Tributaria para que la resuelvan de la manera m\u00e1s eficaz. Adem\u00e1s, siempre debes conocer cu\u00e1les son los derechos a los que puedes optar para tu concialiaci\u00f3n familiar, como pueden ser las horas de lactancia con la vuelta al trabajo<\/a>, conciliaci\u00f3n de la maternidad con tu trabajo<\/a>…<\/p>\n
