Aqu\u00ed tienes<strong> 5 tips para mantener el orden en casa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Asigna un lugar a cada cosa y c\u00ed\u00f1ete a \u00e9l<\/h2>\n<p>Lo que no tiene un lugar acaba quedando tirado por cualquier parte. Adicionalmente, lo que no se coloca se pierde. As\u00ed que, si no quieres que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/orden-casa-maternidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tu casa acabe por comerse tus cosas<\/a>, lo mejor es que les asignes un lugar y te ci\u00f1as a \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<h2>2. No dejes para ma\u00f1ana lo que puedas hacer hoy<\/h2>\n<p>Lo que se posterga acaba haciendo bola y convirti\u00e9ndose en una monta\u00f1a inamovible. Si no quieres que tu casa pueda contigo, <b>no dejes hueco para la pereza<\/b>, en la medida de lo posible<b>.<\/b> Para ello puedes aplicar <a href=\"https:\/\/hipertextual.com\/2016\/01\/metodo-kaizen-metas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\">el m\u00e9todo Kaizen<\/a>. Se basa en que las grandes metas se nos hacen enormes porque nos parecen inalcanzables. Por ello hay que<b> subdividirlas en metas peque\u00f1as y acometer una por vez<\/b>. As\u00ed, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/mindfulness-mejorar-vida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">si te centras en acabar tu peque\u00f1a meta diaria<\/a><b> acabar\u00e1s teniendo una casa m\u00ednimamente ordenada<\/b>, sin haber dejado espacio para el agobio.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Superficies despejadas<\/h2>\n<p>Las encimeras de la cocina, los muebles auxiliares del sal\u00f3n o las c\u00f3modas de los dormitorios intenta que queden lo m\u00e1s despejadas posible. Seguro que adivinas el motivo, <b>si no las mantienes libres se convierten en nidos de cosas<\/b>. Vuelve al punto n\u00famero 1\u2026 y cada cosa a su lugar ;)<\/p>\n<h2>4. Di adi\u00f3s a la nostalgia<\/h2>\n<p>S\u00ed, es bonito guardar recuerdos de lo vivido. Pero <b>los recuerdos no pueden dejarte sin espacio vital. <\/b>Planos, entradas, souvenirs, invitaciones de boda y sus correspondientes regalos\u2026 todo ello se va adue\u00f1ando de tu hogar si no est\u00e1s pendiente. Di adi\u00f3s a la nostalgia. Los recuerdos permanecer\u00e1n para siempre en tu memoria, pero no ocupando espacio en tus cajones.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Termina el d\u00eda revisando<\/h2>\n<p>Acabar el d\u00eda con un repasito es una gran idea. <b>Si lo haces en ese momento no te quitar\u00e1 mucho tiempo, unos cinco minutos por d\u00eda<\/b>.
