Aunque siga cost\u00e1ndoles llegar a puestos de responsabilidad, su presencia es cada vez mayor. Ante este panorama <strong>cabr\u00eda pensar que la equiparaci\u00f3n\u00a0en todos los aspectos est\u00e1 cerca y que la brecha salarial es cada vez menor.<\/strong> Pero, \u00bfes as\u00ed realmente?, \u00bfest\u00e1 la igualdad cada vez m\u00e1s cerca?<\/p>\n<h2>Pol\u00edticas sociales<\/h2>\n<p>La falta de pol\u00edticas sociales y de conciliaci\u00f3n <strong>penaliza a la mujer en el trabajo.<\/strong> En este sentido, hace unos d\u00edas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/2966541\/0\/el-congreso-aprueba-una-mocion-para-corregir-la-brecha-salarial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">se aprob\u00f3 una moci\u00f3n <\/a>en el Congreso para corregir la brecha salarial. Su puesta en marcha podr\u00eda mejorar la situaci\u00f3n laboral de las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>La moci\u00f3n insta al Gobierno a <strong>presentar en el plazo de seis meses un proyecto de igualdad salarial.<\/strong>\u00a0Este debe incluir\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/presentismo-conciliacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">medidas de conciliaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0y corresponsabilidad; entre ellas estar\u00edan la\u00a0equiparaci\u00f3n de los permisos de maternidad y paternidad, la racionalizaci\u00f3n de horarios o la organizaci\u00f3n de una red de servicios sociales que pueda ocuparse de\u00a0las personas dependientes.<\/p>\n<h2>Brecha salarial<\/h2>\n<p>La brecha salarial viene marcada por la <strong>diferencia de sueldos que perciben mujeres y hombres.<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/2964724\/0\/brecha-salarial-genero-se-amplio-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Como dato<\/a>, podemos poner de manifiesto que las mujeres con estudios superiores cobran un salario similar al de los hombres que han finalizado la educaci\u00f3n secundaria. (25.494 ellas, frente a 24.896 ellos).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan las conclusiones de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ugt.es\/Publicaciones\/Informe%20Brecha%20Salarial-22feb2017-OK.PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\">un estudio<\/a>\u00a0presentado recientemente, en el que se comparaba la evoluci\u00f3n de los salarios entre 2010 y 2014, <strong>\u00a0la brecha salarial ha aumentado en \u00a0los peores a\u00f1os de la crisis.<\/strong> Tras una \u00e9poca en la que se hab\u00eda reducido, volvi\u00f3 a incrementarse de manera significativa.<\/p>\n<p>En todos los tipos de empleo\u00a0las mujeres perciben menos sueldo; pero <strong>la diferencia se hace m\u00e1s amplia cuanto m\u00e1s elemental y menos cualificado es el trabajo.<\/strong> Algo que tambi\u00e9n ocurre cuanto m\u00e1s mayores son las trabajadoras.
