Si has tenido un ni\u00f1o puede que hayas comenzado a preocuparte por una posible fimosis<\/strong> en su pene. Quiz\u00e1s\u00a0alguna amistad o incluso profesional sanitario te haya hablado del tema. Lo primero que queremos deciros, mam\u00e1 y pap\u00e1, es que deb\u00e9is estar tranquilos. Todos los beb\u00e9s al nacer presentar adherencias en el pene.<\/strong>\u00a0Sirven como protecci\u00f3n para evitar irritaciones por el pipi o la caca. Al principio la retracci\u00f3n de la piel del glande es casi imposible por este motivo, pero eso no es fimosis ni significa que tu hijo en un futuro pueda padecerlo.<\/p>\n

Cinco consejos para estar preparados<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. No se debe comenzar a bajar la piel de prepucio del beb\u00e9 en sus primeros meses; con la higiene del ba\u00f1o ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s que suficiente.<\/li>\n
  2. A medida que tu beb\u00e9 crece ver\u00e1s que \u00e9l se toca, estira o manipula el pene cuando le cambies o le ba\u00f1es. Es algo totalmente natural y eso, aunque parezca incre\u00edble, contribuir\u00e1 a una mejor elasticidad.<\/li>\n
  3. Manipular esta delicada zona puede producir heridas internas y cicatrizaciones que resulten dolorosas cuando el beb\u00e9 orine.<\/li>\n
  4. Las adherencias van evolucionando a medida que el beb\u00e9 crece. S\u00f3lo hay que vigilar que no haya malformaciones o posibles infecciones.<\/li>\n
  5. Las intervenciones de fimosis se han retrasado hasta los 8-9 a\u00f1os pues se ha comprobado que dejando evolucionar y utilizando otros m\u00e9todos menos invasivos (cremas con corticoides) el porcentaje de operaciones se reduce considerablemente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
