A los adultos nos toca volver al trabajo, a la rutina, lucir la capa de la \u201cconciliaci\u00f3n\u201d y no nos enga\u00f1emos, \u00a1cuesta!<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros hijos se fijan en todas nuestras reacciones y emociones, somos su espejo y sin darnos cuenta podemos influir en su estado de \u00e1nimo. Y aunque parezca mentira, pueden llegar a sufrir el llamado <strong>s\u00edndrome postvacacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos evitar que nuestros hijos tengan s\u00edndrome postvacacional?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aunque echemos de menos esos d\u00edas de playa o campo no debemos estar tristes o ap\u00e1ticos, nuestros hijos lo notar\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li>La vuelta a casa debe ser vista con alegr\u00eda, organizando planes, disfrutando de los ratos de ocio. El verano no acaba y a\u00fan se puede disfrutar mucho.<\/li>\n<li>Los ni\u00f1os no deben percibir mensajes negativos en la vuelta a la rutina, sino todo lo contrario.<\/li>\n<li>Debemos comenzar una adaptaci\u00f3n progresiva y sin prisas a horarios, alimentaci\u00f3n y rutinas. Son piezas fundamentales para una <a href=\"http:\/\/shop.suavinex.com\/productos-exclusivos-2\/vuelta-al-cole.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vuelta al cole<\/strong><\/a> saludable y sin estr\u00e9s, ni para los ni\u00f1os ni para los padres.<\/li>\n<li>Reforzar los mensajes positivos relacionados con la vuelta al cole o a la guarder\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Reforzar los mensajes positivos al volver a casa, por ejemplo, volver a ver a los amigos de siempre, jugar con sus juguetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al final todo es cuesti\u00f3n de actitud.
