Insistimos mucho en la necesidad del <strong>cuidado del suelo p\u00e9lvico<\/strong> durante la gestaci\u00f3n, y es que los m\u00fasculos del perin\u00e9 son los grandes afectados de la ganancia de peso y los cambios hormonales. De no hacerlo podr\u00eda llegar un prolapso.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un prolapso?<\/h2>\n<p>La musculatura del suelo p\u00e9lvico es la encargada de sostener \u00f3rganos tan importantes como la vejiga, la vagina, el \u00fatero o el recto. <strong>Un prolapso es un descenso de uno o varios de estos \u00f3rganos.<\/strong> Se da como consecuencia de la debilidad de los m\u00fasculos encargados de la sujeci\u00f3n de los mismos, es decir, del perin\u00e9. El prolapso o descenso hacia el exterior puede aparecer a trav\u00e9s de la vagina o bien a trav\u00e9s del ano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hay cuatro grados de prolapso<\/strong>: los grado uno y dos (leve y moderado) se deben tratar con fisioterapia y algunos cambios en nuestros h\u00e1bitos. Los grados tres y cuatro (grave y total) suelen requerir cirug\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las causas m\u00e1s habituales de un prolapso?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Embarazo sin cuidados del suelo p\u00e9lvico.<\/li>\n<li>Embarazos m\u00faltiples.<\/li>\n<li>Parto vaginal instrumental o traum\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li>Practicar deportes de impacto sin un cuidado adecuado de la zona perineal.<\/li>\n<li>Cambios hormonales que implican un descenso del nivel de estr\u00f3genos, como ocurre en la menopausia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como veis el cuidado del suelo p\u00e9lvico durante nuestros embarazos determinar\u00e1 nuestra salud p\u00e9lvica en un futuro. Los prolapsos no tienen por qu\u00e9 darse de modo inmediato sino que se pueden presentar a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Si notas presi\u00f3n en la zona de la vagina, molestias en la zona lumbar, sensaci\u00f3n de bulto o incontinencia urinaria no dudes en consultar con tu m\u00e9dico.
