Pero tambi\u00e9n hay que decir que el esfuerzo que requerir\u00e1 ser\u00e1, en ocasiones, tit\u00e1nico. No exageramos, ese beb\u00e9 tierno y peque\u00f1ito har\u00e1 que necesites dosis extras de energ\u00eda para poder acabar la jornada. \u00bfNo es as\u00ed mam\u00e1s expertas?<\/p>\n<p>La sociedad y sus convencionalismos a veces nos intenta convencer de falsas ideas. Se bombardea a las madres con mensajes como \u201c<em>puedes con todo<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>eres una s\u00faper woman<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>t\u00fa sola y adelante<\/em>\u201d. \u00a1Falso! Ni tienes ni debes estar sola. As\u00ed que nuestro consejo de hoy es: <strong>\u00a1Pide ayuda!<\/strong> La <strong>maternidad real<\/strong> es agotadora y no tienes por qu\u00e9 poder con todo. La Tribu est\u00e1 ah\u00ed para ayudarte, tu familia, tus amigos, incluso tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo o tus vecinos. No ser\u00e1s peor madre, delegar responsabilidades no significa que seas menos capaz. De hecho, <strong>pedir ayuda es necesario e inteligente<\/strong>. Si te dejas ayudar llegar\u00e1s al final del d\u00eda menos cansada para poder dedicar una sonrisa a tu beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>No lo dudes, levanta el tel\u00e9fono y llama a esa persona que sabes que hoy puede echarte una mano.
