Como cada a\u00f1o celebramos la Semana de la Lactancia Materna en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> estos primeros d\u00edas de octubre. Por eso, y con el punto de mira puesto en la normalizaci\u00f3n de la lactancia en la sociedad actual el lema de este a\u00f1o es: Amamantar y trabajar, \u00a1logremos que sea posible!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los objetivos<\/strong> de la campa\u00f1a de este a\u00f1o son los siguientes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Facilitar que las mujeres puedan trabajar y amamantar libremente.<\/li>\n
  2. Desarrollar acciones que apoyen a las madres trabajadoras para que contin\u00faen amamantando, si esa es su opci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  3. Informar sobre la protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de Maternidad en todo el mundo.<\/li>\n
  4. Compartir, facilitar y fortalecer las pr\u00e1cticas que ayudan a la lactancia materna de las mujeres que trabajan.<\/li>\n
  5. Trabajar con grupos espec\u00edficos para proteger los derechos de la lactancia materna de las mujeres en sus lugares de trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La OMS<\/strong> recomienda la lactancia materna exclusiva hasta los 6 meses de edad; pero muchas mujeres han de reincorporarse a sus puestos de trabajo tras 16 semanas de permiso por maternidad. Algunas abandonan y otras muchas se preguntan c\u00f3mo lograrlo. \u00a1Es posible! De ah\u00ed el lema de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

    Una de las medidas m\u00e1s efectivas para continuar amamantando es extraerte leche y conservarla para que otra persona pueda d\u00e1rsela a tu beb\u00e9 en tu ausencia. Adem\u00e1s de continuar con las tomas habituales durante el tiempo que est\u00e9s con tu chiquit\u00edn.<\/p>\n

    Pero son muchas las madres que se quejan de no disponer de un lugar adecuado en su puesto de trabajo d\u00f3nde extraerse leche. \u00bfEs tu caso?
