Es algo temporal que ir\u00e1 mejorando con el paso de las semanas. Toda mujer que acabe de parir tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos barriga hasta que el cuerpo vaya recuper\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p>Por ese motivo muchas mujeres piensan que las <strong>fajas postparto<\/strong> pueden ayudarlas. Primero a esconder esa barriguita y segundo a recuperar a medio plazo la figura.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro consejo mam\u00e1 es: <strong>\u00a1no te escondas!<\/strong> <strong>Tu tripita es normal y no debes avergonzarte de ella<\/strong>. La naturaleza se encargar\u00e1 de ir reduci\u00e9ndola y cuando tu matrona te lo aconseje puedes acudir a un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/gimnasia-hipopresiva-postparto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fisioterapeuta<\/a> especializado. \u00c9l\u00a0podr\u00e1 ayudarte a recuperar el tono muscular de la zona. \u00a1Para todo hay soluci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de mujeres utilizan la faja postparto para reducir volumen y no est\u00e1 demostrado que cumpla ese objetivo. Es m\u00e1s, puede producirse justamente el efecto contrario, ya que <strong>el uso de la faja puede debilitar a\u00fan m\u00e1s los m\u00fasculos del abdomen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que hay cierta controversia entre algunos profesionales, aunque cada vez hay m\u00e1s unanimidad en la recomendaci\u00f3n de que <strong>no se deben utilizar salvo en casos puntuales<\/strong>. Los profesionales m\u00e9dicos aconsejar\u00e1n a cada mujer siempre valorando su caso individual.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se recomienda su uso?<\/h3>\n<p>A aquellas mujeres que hayan sufrido una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/cesareas-respetadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ces\u00e1rea<\/strong><\/a> puede ayudar a aliviar las molestias ocasionadas por la herida, dando a la madre m\u00e1s movilidad lo que la ayudar\u00e1 en el cuidado de su beb\u00e9 esos primeros d\u00edas.
