Y uno de los inconvenientes m\u00e1s claros es <strong>la dificultad para dormir<\/strong>. Los beb\u00e9s acusan tambi\u00e9n las altas temperaturas y si a la hora de echar un sue\u00f1ecito la temperatura es muy elevada pueden mostrarse irritables y nerviosos.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos ayudarle a dormir mejor en estas calurosas semanas?<\/h3>\n<p>Debemos tener en cuenta la ropita que le ponemos. Pijamas de<strong> algod\u00f3n frescos<\/strong> que le cubran el pecho y la barriguita, pudiendo dejar al descubierto brazos y piernas. Si notas que a pesar del calor los pies se le quedan fr\u00edos siempre puedes ponerle unos calcetines ligeros, tambi\u00e9n de algod\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si la temperatura exterior es muy elevada <strong>utiliza el aire acondicionado<\/strong> pero siguiendo unas pautas para que no perjudique al beb\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limpia los filtros regularmente para evitar la acumulaci\u00f3n de bacterias que podr\u00edan ser nocivas tanto para vuestro hijo como para vosotros, pap\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Evita que el aire sea demasiado fr\u00edo, bajar unos cuantos grados la temperatura ambiente ser\u00e1 suficiente para que tu peque se sienta m\u00e1s fresco.<\/li>\n<li>El beb\u00e9 debe estar alejado del chorro de aire fr\u00edo, cuanto m\u00e1s retirado est\u00e9, mejor.<\/li>\n<li>Al final del d\u00eda y por la noche sustituye el aire acondicionado por ventiladores.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza humidificadores pues el aire acondicionado reseca mucho el ambiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con el calor excesivo viene el sudor y la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/piel-bebe-sudamina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sudamina<\/strong><\/a>. \u00a1No te preocupes! Si logras una buena temperatura en casa, podr\u00e1s controlarla en seguida.<\/p>\n<p>Y tambi\u00e9n llegan nuestros queridos amigos los mosquitos. Lo mejor y m\u00e1s inocuo para tu beb\u00e9 (y tambi\u00e9n para vosotros) ser\u00e1n las mosquiteras. Puedes colocarlas en las ventanas o bien rodeando la cuna de tu beb\u00e9, \u00a1o ambas cosas!
