{"id":13464,"date":"2015-05-04T05:24:16","date_gmt":"2015-05-04T03:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/?p=13464"},"modified":"2022-11-14T20:55:52","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T19:55:52","slug":"saber-parto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/saber-parto\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo sabr\u00e9 que estoy de parto?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es la duda eterna, por m\u00e1s que nos digan que cuando llegue el momento lo sabremos, toda madre en la recta final de su embarazo se hace la misma pregunta: <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo sabr\u00e9 que estoy de parto?\u00a0<\/strong>Nuestro cuerpo nos ir\u00e1 dando <strong>se\u00f1ales<\/strong>, aunque no en todas las mujeres se manifiestan de la misma manera.<\/p>\n<h2>Algunas se\u00f1ales que te indicar\u00e1n que est\u00e1s de parto<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u00e9rdida del tap\u00f3n mucoso<\/strong>. No todas se dan cuenta. Algunas mujeres pueden eliminarlo poco a poco, semanas antes del parto. Otras lo eliminan de golpe incluso horas antes, siendo un efectivo indicador. Si notas una mucosidad excesiva incluso con restos rosados seguro que no queda mucho para el gran d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a1Ojo a las contracciones!<\/strong> Posiblemente te hayan acompa\u00f1ado durante buena parte de tu embarazo las contracciones de Braxton-Hicks en mayor o menor medida. Pero ahora notar\u00e1s cambios en las molestias o dolores. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/contracciones-embarazo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Las contracciones<\/a> de ensayo son muy irregulares, de poca intensidad y al cabo de poco tiempo se pasan. Pero las contracciones previas al parto van ganando en fuerza, intensidad y sobre todo regularidad. Ten un reloj a mano para controlarlas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dolores de regla<\/strong>. Puede que comiences a notar unos dolores muy similares a los que sufres cuando tienes la regla. O incluso sentir calambres en la parte baja de la espalda, a la altura de los ri\u00f1ones. \u00a1Son contracciones!<\/li>\n<li>Tu beb\u00e9 se encajar\u00e1 en la pelvis y ello producir\u00e1 un <strong>descenso de tu barriga<\/strong>. Notar\u00e1s una mayor presi\u00f3n y molestias en la zona. A algunas mujeres les sucede semanas antes del parto. Pero tambi\u00e9n puede ser una se\u00f1al de que el momento se acerca. Si esto sucede y al poco comienzan a aparecer contracciones como las que explicamos anteriormente, el parto puede ser inminente.<\/li>\n<li>No habr\u00e1 dudas si <strong>rompes la bolsa de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico<\/strong>, pero puede que \u00e9sta s\u00f3lo se fisure. Si notas un flujo muy l\u00edquido obs\u00e9rvalo. Y recuerda que el flujo normal que toda mujer tiene dejar\u00e1 un cerco en tu ropa interior, por el contrario el l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico no dejar\u00e1 ninguna marca. Ante la duda, acude a tu hospital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y si adem\u00e1s de las se\u00f1ales que tu cuerpo te proporciona notas: que el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/sindrome-nido\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">s\u00edndrome del nido<\/a> es imparable, te sientes muy sensible e incluso irascible y con <strong>fuertes altibajos emocionales<\/strong>, \u00a1no hay duda!
