Consejos para prevenir y curar si aparecen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los grandes enemigos de la <strong><a title=\"lactancia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/cuidado-del-pecho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lactancia<\/a><\/strong> son <strong>las grietas en el pez\u00f3n<\/strong>. Pero tranquilas, \u00a1se pueden prevenir! Y si aparecen, \u00a1se pueden combatir! <strong>Las grietas no tienen por qu\u00e9 arruinar tu lactancia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Hidrata tu pecho durante el embarazo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/bano-y-cuidado-del-bebe\/cosmetica-mama\/balsamo-pezon-30ml\/p\/000000000000308865\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hidrata tu pecho durante el embarazo<\/a>. No ser\u00e1 necesario que masajees el pez\u00f3n, pues podr\u00eda provocarte contracciones. Pero una correcta hidrataci\u00f3n con productos espec\u00edficos ayudar\u00e1 a que la piel est\u00e9 preparada cuando llegue el momento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inf\u00f3rmate sobre c\u00f3mo dar el pecho a tu beb\u00e9<\/strong>. C\u00f3mo conseguir un buen agarre, las diferentes posturas, la importancia del piel con piel justo despu\u00e9s del parto, c\u00f3mo puedes amamantar despu\u00e9s de una ces\u00e1rea, \u2026 Saber qu\u00e9 puedes esperar te permitir\u00e1 estar m\u00e1s segura de ti misma llegado el momento.<\/li>\n<li>Una de las causas principales por las que aparecen grietas es el <strong>mal agarre del beb\u00e9<\/strong>. Por eso, la informaci\u00f3n previa es tan importante. Pero si a\u00fan as\u00ed \u00e9stas se han producido intenta consultar cuanto antes con la matrona o una <a title=\"asesora de lactancia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/grupos-de-lactancia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">asesora de lactancia<\/a> para que puedan ayudarte. Corregir la postura contribuir\u00e1 a que el agarre mejore y la grieta no empeore.<\/li>\n<li>Si en el primer agarre del beb\u00e9 te duele, intenta colocarle mejor. No saques el pez\u00f3n sin m\u00e1s de la boca. Haz vac\u00edo ayud\u00e1ndote de tu me\u00f1ique, meti\u00e9ndolo en la boquita de tu peque\u00f1\u00edn e intenta que abra bien la boca para agarrar no s\u00f3lo el pez\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n parte de la areola. Los labios deben estar evertidos (abiertos).<\/li>\n<li>Para que la grieta cure antes puedes aplicar cremas espec\u00edficas ricas en lanolina para hidratar la zona. Es muy importante mantener el pez\u00f3n al aire el m\u00e1ximo tiempo posible. Utiliza un sujetador de algod\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de la toma, puedes aplicar sobre el pez\u00f3n un poco de tu propia leche pues sus propiedades antis\u00e9pticas favorecer\u00e1n que la grieta cure mejor.<\/li>\n<li>Si la grieta impide que puedas amamantar a tu beb\u00e9, no dudes en usar un sacaleches para, por un lado, poder dar esa leche al reci\u00e9n nacido.
