{"id":12123,"date":"2015-01-15T06:04:32","date_gmt":"2015-01-15T05:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/?p=12123"},"modified":"2023-08-04T12:38:49","modified_gmt":"2023-08-04T10:38:49","slug":"mujer-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/mujer-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"La mujer y el mundo que ignora la intimidad femenina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por <a title=\"mam\u00e1 sin complejos\" href=\"http:\/\/mamasincomplejos.blogspot.com.es\/\">mam\u00e1 sin complejos<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hasta que no te quedas <a title=\"embarazada\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">embarazada<\/a> hay t\u00e9rminos o incluso partes de tu cuerpo que desconoces. <strong>Las mujeres vivimos en un mundo paralelo donde nuestra intimidad femenina es ignorada<\/strong>. A partir del positivo en el <strong>embarazo<\/strong> comenzamos a aprender una terminolog\u00eda nueva y a salir de esa ignorancia -a veces elegida- a base de blogs, libros sobre maternidad y publicaciones por doquier.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy, casi 8 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de convertirme en madre, s\u00e9 much\u00edsimas m\u00e1s cosas que cuando empec\u00e9 en esto. Y entre esas cosas que he aprendido, est\u00e1 el hecho de darme cuenta de lo necesario que es que las mujeres sepan <strong>maternar<\/strong> antes incluso de quedarse embarazadas. Maternar no es s\u00f3lo planificar, conseguir un embarazo o parir. Para m\u00ed maternar es mucho m\u00e1s. Es aquello que ense\u00f1aban las mujeres de antes a sus hijas y a las ni\u00f1as de la familia en cuanto entraban en su edad f\u00e9rtil. Eso que pod\u00eda verse en la calle, algo que se palpaba y respiraba, j\u00f3venes embarazadas, mujeres lactando, familias con ni\u00f1os que cuidaban entre todos. Hoy en d\u00eda cuando una ni\u00f1a se convierte en mujer, cuando experimenta su primera menstruaci\u00f3n las ense\u00f1amos poco m\u00e1s que medidas de higiene y se las mete un poquito de miedo porque <em>ya pueden quedarse embarazadas<\/em>, \u00a1menudo marr\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<p>Ahora muchas mujeres no saben maternar, ni tan siquiera saben ser mujeres. Llegan al momento predictor cargadas de dudas que son terrores, de incertidumbres que las paralizan. <strong>Concebir, gestar y parir es un acto animal<\/strong>, primitivo para el cual <strong>s\u00f3lo necesitar\u00edamos cultivar el arte de la observaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, es decir, mirar a otras mujeres, aprender de su experiencia y mirarnos a nosotras mismas cuando llega el momento.<\/p>\n<p>Los a\u00f1os y la experiencia te ense\u00f1an que <strong>la mejor maestra para toda mujer que va a tener a su primer hijo es la naturaleza<\/strong>. Nuestro cuerpo femenino encierra todas las respuestas que necesitamos, s\u00f3lo debemos dejar que nos las muestre, confiar en nuestro instinto y dejarle hacer. Pero en lugar de eso nos empe\u00f1amos en cercarlo, negar a nuestro cerebro primitivo y empe\u00f1arnos en controlarlo todo. No se\u00f1oras, no, as\u00ed no vamos a ninguna parte, no flu\u00edmos.<\/p>\n<p>Por fortuna las cosas han evolucionado mucho desde que yo me convert\u00ed en madre. Hoy podemos encontrar mucho apoyo, mucha tribu donde buscar respuestas y aprender. <strong>Matronas<\/strong> con una voluntad inquebrantable, <strong>asesoras de lactancia<\/strong> con una formaci\u00f3n impecable, <strong>grupos de madres<\/strong> y de crianza cuyo \u00fanico objetivo es ayudar e informar a las madres m\u00e1s novatas o a todas aquellas que busquen respuestas. Adem\u00e1s los blogs y las redes sociales son un gran punto de apoyo e informaci\u00f3n que ayudan diariamente a cientos de mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Pero sigo encontrando un grand\u00edsimo problema. Esa ayuda que se brinda, se hace a la mujer que o ya est\u00e1 embarazada o ya se ha convertido en madre. \u00bfY antes? <strong>Yo apuesto por una red que incorpore a la mujer sin m\u00e1s<\/strong>, donde la maternidad se asuma como parte de la vida de una forma natural. No como <em>ese estorbo<\/em>, <em>eso<\/em> que no nos permite ascender en el trabajo, <em>eso<\/em> que debemos prorrogar porque ahora me va fatal por razones econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 si <strong>La Mujer<\/strong>, as\u00ed en may\u00fasculas, asumiera ese papel natural de la maternidad desde su tierna infancia y no se contaminara con cuestiones sociales, econ\u00f3micas o de otra \u00edndole, tendr\u00edamos f\u00e9minas m\u00e1s informadas, m\u00e1s poderosas y m\u00e1s conscientes de su importante papel.<\/p>\n<p>Y si consigui\u00e9ramos esto, quiz\u00e1, s\u00f3lo quiz\u00e1, lograr\u00edamos que tener hijos no fuera visto como un lastre para otras facetas de la vida femenina. Si un gran n\u00famero de mujeres formaran sus familias entre los 20 y los 30 a\u00f1os (edad m\u00e1s que recomendada para tener hijos), esto nos permitir\u00eda <strong>normalizar<\/strong> algo tan natural como ser madre, formar una familia, compatibilizar trabajo e hijos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es mi apuesta, un \u00f3rdago que lanzo. Os animo a ense\u00f1ar, a abrir los ojos de aquellas mujeres que no saben nada de maternar, que no han o\u00eddo en su vida c\u00f3mo cuidar el suelo p\u00e9lvico o qu\u00e9 es un entuerto. \u00bfY si las ense\u00f1amos? \u00bfY si las mostramos que esto es parte de su naturaleza y no impedir\u00e1 que sigan creciendo a otros niveles?<\/p>\n<p><strong>No permitamos que castren a las mujeres. <\/strong>La femineidad en esta \u00e9poca es un mundo por explorar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Por mam\u00e1 sin complejos Hasta que no te quedas embarazada hay t\u00e9rminos o incluso partes de tu cuerpo que desconoces.
