Pero a lo largo del embarazo pueden presentarse diferentes tipos de contracciones. Son totalmente normales y toda mujer embarazada podr\u00e1 sentirlas a lo largo de los nueve meses de gestaci\u00f3n. El \u00fatero es un m\u00fasculo liso que necesitar\u00e1 contraerse cuando llegue el momento del parto para poder expulsar al beb\u00e9. Para ello realizar\u00e1 una preparaci\u00f3n los meses previos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos tipos de contracciones hay?<\/h2>\n<p>En funci\u00f3n del momento de gestaci\u00f3n podemos encontrarnos con varios tipos de contracciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Focales<\/strong>: son contracciones localizadas de poca intensidad que suelen estar provocadas por movimientos del beb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Generalizadas<\/strong>: Comienzan como las anteriores, en una zona localizada, pero se extienden al resto del \u00fatero.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De Braxton Hicks<\/strong>: Son las llamadas contracciones de preparaci\u00f3n. Su intensidad es ligeramente superior a las anteriores aunque no son dolorosas. No duran m\u00e1s de 60 segundos e ir\u00e1n aumentando en frecuencia a media que avance el embarazo. Lo habitual es que comiencen a aparecer pasada la barrera de las 20 semanas, aunque algunas mujeres pueden incluso sentirlas antes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparto<\/strong>: Estas contracciones comienzan a ser m\u00e1s intensas y molestas que las de Braxton Hicks. Aparecen d\u00edas antes del parto pues su funci\u00f3n es ir ablandando el cuello del \u00fatero. Son las que nos avisan de que el trabajo de parto est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De parto<\/strong>: Son f\u00e1cilmente identificables porque son contracciones regulares y r\u00edtmicas. Al principio pueden ser intensas aunque poco dolorosas. Pero con el paso del tiempo el dolor ir\u00e1 aumentando progresivamente seg\u00fan se vaya acercando el gran momento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo diferenciar las contracciones de preparaci\u00f3n de las contracciones de parto?<\/h2>\n<p>Esta es una duda que muchas futuras mam\u00e1s tienen. Las contracciones de parto, como hemos comentado, suelen ser r\u00edtmicas y con un grado de intensidad y dolor mucho mayor. Y junto a ellas pueden aparecer otras se\u00f1ales que pueden alertarnos sobre la llegada de nuestro beb\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a title=\"La expulsi\u00f3n del tap\u00f3n mucoso\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/tapon-mucoso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La expulsi\u00f3n del tap\u00f3n mucoso<\/a><\/strong>. No siempre sucede, pero si lo has expulsado en d\u00edas previos o incluso el mismo d\u00eda que comienzas a sentir contracciones m\u00e1s intensas puede ser una se\u00f1al.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La rotura de la bolsa<\/strong>. Aqu\u00ed no hay dudas, si has roto bolsa y las contracciones son intensas, te recomendamos acudir lo m\u00e1s pronto posible al hospital.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumento de la frecuencia<\/strong>. Si \u00e9stas comenzaron present\u00e1ndose cada diez minutos pero el tiempo entre las mismas se va reduciendo y la intensidad aumentando igualmente acude a tu hospital cuanto antes.
