Consejos para calmar al beb\u00e9 que llora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>llanto del beb\u00e9<\/strong> es una de las grandes preocupaciones para los reci\u00e9n estrenados padres. Cuando el beb\u00e9 llora se activan todas las alarmas pues vemos que a nuestro peque\u00f1\u00edn le pasa algo, nuestro instinto nos dice que hay algo que debemos mejorar.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre debemos tener en cuenta que <strong>el lloro de un beb\u00e9 indica una necesidad<\/strong>: hambre, fr\u00edo, calor, consuelo, necesidad de apego. Un beb\u00e9 no llora por placer, sino porque algo sucede. Nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n es relajarse y repasar si las necesidades b\u00e1sicas est\u00e1n cubiertas. Nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo repercutir\u00e1 en el del beb\u00e9, por eso siempre debemos, en primer lugar, mantener la calma antes de atenderle.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos conseguir que el llanto cese?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tanto si alimentas a tu beb\u00e9 con <strong><a title=\"lactancia materna\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/lactancia-materna\/c\/0006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lactancia materna<\/a><\/strong> como con <strong><a title=\"lactancia artificial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/biberones-y-accesorios\/c\/0002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lactancia artificial<\/a><\/strong>, aseg\u00farate de que no llora por hambre. Aunque haga poco tiempo de la \u00faltima toma, ofr\u00e9cele de nuevo. Recuerda que la alimentaci\u00f3n del reci\u00e9n nacido es <a title=\"a demanda\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bebesymas.com\/alimentacion-para-bebes-y-ninos\/el-biberon-tambien-se-da-a-demanda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a demanda<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Los cambios de temperatura bruscos no son bien acogidos por los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Algunos beb\u00e9s lloran cuando les cambian el pa\u00f1al, o cuando se les desviste para ba\u00f1arles. Aseg\u00farate que la habitaci\u00f3n tiene una temperatura adecuada, y realiza el cambio r\u00e1pidamente. Si tiene fr\u00edo nada mejor que darle calor con tu cuerpo. Se sentir\u00e1 protegido y calentito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Portea a tu beb\u00e9<\/strong>, y si es piel con piel \u00a1a\u00fan mejor! Entre los muchos beneficios del porteo est\u00e1 el consuelo. En muchas ocasiones el beb\u00e9 llora porque necesita apego, protecci\u00f3n, sentirse cerca de pap\u00e1 o mam\u00e1. Tu beb\u00e9 estar\u00e1 calmado y t\u00fa podr\u00e1s seguir con tu rutina. C\u00f3modo y pr\u00e1ctico a partes iguales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>No olvides los <a title=\"beneficios del ruido blanco\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/ruido-blanco-bebes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>beneficios del ruido blanco<\/strong><\/a>, quien sabe si poner un secador o la campana extractora puede ayudar a que tu beb\u00e9 se calme y hasta te sonr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Puede que el llanto se deba a <strong>c\u00f3licos<\/strong> o gases. Intenta darle un <a title=\"masaje en el abdomen \" href=\"https:\/\/www.suavinex.com\/livingsuavinex\/masaje-infantil-tipos-beneficios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">masaje en el abdomen<\/a> para aliviarle. Otros m\u00e9todos que funcionan son un paseo en coche, para algunas mam\u00e1s es un truco infalible, o bien un paseo en fular portabeb\u00e9 o en el cochecito. Un buen paseo os sentar\u00e1 bien a los dos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>m\u00fasica<\/strong> es siempre un gran aliado, escoge algo suave y observa las reacciones de tu beb\u00e9. Siempre es aconsejable probar cuando est\u00e1n m\u00e1s tranquilos, as\u00ed ver\u00e1s cu\u00e1l es su m\u00fasica preferida. Util\u00edzalo cuando est\u00e9 alterado, inquieto o lloroso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Necesidad de atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> o juego. Si es m\u00e1s mayorcito puede que necesite alg\u00fan est\u00edmulo que le entretenga. As\u00ed que \u00a1a jugar!: caranto\u00f1as, caritas divertidas, voces diferentes, cosquillas. Todo vale para distraer su atenci\u00f3n. Probad con un sonajero, juguetes o incluso cualquier objeto cotidiano. Si es algo diferente seguro que querr\u00e1 explorarlo. \u00bfSab\u00e9is que les encanta? \u00a1El mando de la tele ;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>sue\u00f1o<\/strong> es en ocasiones el motivo principal del llanto. Las rutinas son muy importantes para los beb\u00e9s, por ello acostarles siempre a la misma hora y mantener sus siestas de modo ordenado contribuye a que el beb\u00e9 se sienta tranquilo.
