De la mano de la ginec\u00f3loga <b>Miriam Al Adib<\/b>, autora del blog <b>Mujer al d\u00eda en Ginecolog\u00eda<\/b> quisimos resolver vuestras dudas sobre <b>embarazo y preconcepci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto en el post donde os anunciamos el consultorio como en nuestro muro recibimos consultas que fueron contestadas online por la Dra. Miriam. Hemos querido recopilar las m\u00e1s destacadas y reunirlas en este post para ofreceros una informaci\u00f3n de utilidad. \u00bfEst\u00e1s buscando un embarazo?, \u00bfest\u00e1s embaraza y tienes dudas? Sigue leyendo, seguro que encuentras respuestas interesantes.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEn la recta final del embarazo una tensi\u00f3n de 14\/9 es motivo para acudir al hospital?<\/h2>\n<p>Este valor indica una hipertensi\u00f3n leve, si no hay prote\u00ednas en la orina, puede ser controlado por la matrona. La recomendaci\u00f3n es controlar diariamente la tensi\u00f3n siempre tomada en reposo. Ante la aparici\u00f3n de edemas o prote\u00ednas en la orina o aumento de la tensi\u00f3n arterial, habr\u00eda que acudir al hospital por riesgo de preemclampsia.<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentando al beb\u00e9 con lactancia materna, \u00bfcu\u00e1ndo es normal que la menstruaci\u00f3n vuelva?<\/h2>\n<p>Todas las posibilidades se consideran normales, depender\u00e1 de cada mujer. Algunas la tienen al poco de dar a luz, otras tardan m\u00e1s y a otras muchas les reaparece al inicio de la alimentaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<h2>Tras una ces\u00e1rea, \u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo se recomienda esperar para volver a quedar embarazada?<\/h2>\n<p>A mayor tiempo de espera menor riesgo de rotura uterina.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no se realizan ecograf\u00edas de mama mientras se amamanta al beb\u00e9?<\/h2>\n<p>Es importante comprobar si posibles n\u00f3dulos detectados desaparecen al vaciar el pecho, de no ser as\u00ed se debe consultar con el ginec\u00f3logo pues durante la lactancia se pueden hacer ecograf\u00edas mamarias.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEs normal tener la prolactina elevada si se alimenta al beb\u00e9 con lactancia materna?<\/h2>\n<p>Lo normal es que mientras dure la lactancia esta hormona se mantenga elevada.<\/p>\n<h2>En el primer trimestre de embarazo, el dolor intenso de ri\u00f1ones, \u00bfpuede ser s\u00edntoma de aborto?<\/h2>\n<p>Este tipo de dolor no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser s\u00edntoma de aborto. No obstante ante molestias en los ri\u00f1ones o en la columna lumbar se recomienda consultar con el m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<h2>La sangre en la orina durante el embarazo, \u00bfes s\u00edntoma de infecci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p>Es posible que aparezca sangre y no tener infecci\u00f3n. Si no hay s\u00edntomas de infecci\u00f3n urinaria lo recomendable es realizar un urocultivo para determinar el tratamiento m\u00e1s adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a todas por vuestra participaci\u00f3n, esperamos que este encuentro os haya resuelto vuestras dudas.
